In short
Use hexaservice.shop and any project with HEXA for legitimate business. Below are the few things we refuse, and what follows if they happen.
01 —Contacting us
- 1.1
Only share another person’s personal data when you have the right to pass it on for this enquiry.
- 1.2
Do not pretend to be another person or organisation.
- 1.3
Do not use the site or our inbox to send malicious files, to probe the site for weaknesses, or to overload it with automated requests or bulk messages.
02 —What we will not build
- 2.1
HEXA turns down projects built to defraud, to break into systems without authorisation, or to track individuals without their knowledge.
- 2.2
Our cybersecurity work covers only systems you own or are authorised to test.
- 2.3
We will not knowingly handle content you are not entitled to use.
- 2.4
AI features in a project stay within the written scope, and a person reviews anything that will be sent to your customers.
03 —If these rules are broken
- 3.1
We may decline or end an enquiry or a project that breaks this policy.
- 3.2
Material we are legally obliged to report will be reported.
Your written scope comes first
This page describes the website and how projects with HEXA are agreed. Where the written scope for a specific project says something different, the scope applies to that project. The site takes no payments and has no accounts, and every service has one published rate per day, week, month or year.
For a copy of your enquiry, a correction, or removal of an enquiry that did not lead to a project, email info@hexaservice.shop from the address you first wrote from. Post can be sent to Office No 205, Second Floor, Akshar Diamond Market, Varachha Road, Near Mangadh Chowk, Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395006, India. Questions about an agreed project belong in that project’s email thread.
